We're seeking an experienced, digital-savvy media professional who can take charge of a portfolio of clients and oversee the development and execution of impact-driving campaigns.

Role Description

In this role, the Director of Digital Media will be responsible for developing digital media strategies, gaining client buy-in as a key client partner, managing campaign execution teams and maintaining performance through campaign analytics and results measurement. In addition, the Director will play a key role in shaping the media team structure and development.

Qualifications

• Paid digital strategy and paid digital media experience, preferably in an agency setting
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to develop data story presentations and media business pitches
• Exceptional client services skills demonstrated through previous client-facing agency roles
• Experience managing and mentoring direct reports
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to problem-solve in changing environments

Compensation
