Medical Billing Clerk jobs in Montana

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join our finance department. The Billing Clerk will be responsible for issuing invoices, processing payments, and tracking customer accounts.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Billing Clerk or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent math and numerical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and organizational skills

**Responsibilities:**
- Generate and send out invoices
- Process credit memos
- Update customer records with new contact information
- Track and resolve billing issues
- Assist with month-end financial reports
- Participate in financial audits
- Keep accurate records in accordance with company policies and accounting principles

**Additional Skills:**
- Knowledge of billing software, such as QuickBooks
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- Problem-solving skills and ability to multitask efficiently
