A beloved medical center just north of the Texas/Oklahoma border is actively seeking a strong, experienced Medical Surgical Services Nurse Director to join their outstanding leadership team!

Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer CNO, the RN Director Medical Surgical Unit will manage daily and long-term operations for this fast-paced inpatient unit. The Medical Surgical Nurse Director will manage RN staff, as well as techs, CNAs, and ancillary staff. The Med Surg Director will work collaboratively with other RN Directors, Managers, and executive leadership to facilitate patient flow and ensure delivery of high-quality patient care.

Requirements include: Active Oklahoma State RN Licensure, Bachelor of Science in Nursing BSN Degree, 5 years of progressive acute care leadership experience, plus a keen ability to bring teams together, motivate staff, and create a positive, desirable work environment.
