Responsibilities

• Manages the daily operations and activities of facility case management department.
• Provides leadership, training and coaching to department staff.
• Responsible for regulatory requirements and budgetary/productivity processes.
• Serves as a liaison for assigned department/facility. Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, business or related field of study; Relevant education and/or experience may be substituted for one another in accordance to policy.
• Five (5) years of case management of with two (2) years must have been in a management capacity.
• Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license (within 90 days of hire). 

Preferred Job Requirements: 

• Master’s Degree
