Duties
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and friendly experience

- Clean and restock rooms

Skills
- Proficient in medical terminology, understanding common medical procedures and diagnoses
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting, preferably as a medical secretary / medical assistant
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, healthcare providers, and staff
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes efficiently
