Medical Staff Credentialing Specialist, Sr. jobs in Ohio

The Credentialing Specialist will be customer service driven with excellent telephone skills. They will have the ability to manage difficult customer service situations, respond to applicant needs, and meet commitments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to multi-task, and a passion for learning new applications are a must. This position requires a collaborative and coordinated working style.

Qualifications:

• Requires a High School diploma
• Must be customer service driven with excellent telephone skills
• Strong computer skills required

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assure accuracy of personnel data and process employment documents according to regulations.
• Prepare/maintain credentials, files and records.
• Must be familiar with client rules and regulations.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Assist Recruiters and Staffing Coordinators

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
