Position Details:
Full Time - 40 hours/week Monday - Friday, Some Saturdays and some holidays. Commission in addition to hourly wage. $13-14.00 / hour depending on experience. Overtime may be required as business needs demand. Sales Associate may be required to work at BOTH Peak locations in Great Falls. Eligible for benefits
Position Requirements:
This is a staff role that requires a dependable, detail oriented, responsible, task and sales driven person to promote and sell club memberships to potential new members and to sell renewals, upgrades and other services to current gym members. The primary job function of this position is sales and the ability to create and deepen relationships with members that will add value to their membership and enhance their sense of belonging and community within the Peak Clubs. Must be able to effectively work in a group/team collaboration setting as well as be self-motivated, deadline driven and have the ability to work independently and autonomously. Excellent time management skills and meticulous attention to detail are a must. Membership Sales Associates work closely with the Service Desk, Concierge, Back Office and other staff to ensure member satisfaction. This position reports directly to the Membership Director and must adhere to the Peak Principles and all Peak Policy.
Job Qualifications:
- High School diploma required
- College degree/classes preferred but not required
- Sales experience (minimum of 2 years preferred)
- Proficient computer skills to include accurate data entry and spreadsheet experience
- Clerical background with computer experience a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Productive time management skills
- Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and possess the ability work collaboratively and independently
- Reliable vehicle and valid automobile insurance for community outreach responsibilities
- AED/CPR certification (within 30 days of employment)
