GCAA Director of Membership Services

The GCAA (Golf Coaches Association of America) is accepting applications for the position of Director of Membership Services.

Position Duties:

Oversight of GCAA Membership

• Administer membership GlueUp platform
• Recruitment and Membership Drive
• American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) Membership Partnership
• National Convention Registration
• GCAA Service Awards

Managing GCAA Awards Programs for NCAA Division III and NAIA

• Including All-Region, All-America, Phil Mickelson Award, All-Freshmen Team, Region Coach, and Dave Williams Award
• Oversee NCAA Division III and NAIA Mark Laesch Awards   

Arnold Palmer Cup Team Manager

• Manage Team and Coach Selection Process
• Liaise with Palmer Cup Committees
• Manage Communication with Palmer Cup Team Members

Manage Award Ordering Process for On-Course Team, Golfer and Coach Awards

• Division I, Division II, Division III, NAIA, NJCAA DI, and NJCAA DII
• All-Region, All-America, Phil Mickelson Award, All-Freshmen Team, Region Coach, and Dave Williams Award

Manage GCAA Presidential Scholarship

Assist Director of Communications with Postseason Award Releases

Minimum Qualifications:

Possess technological proficiency/willingness to learn:

• Microsoft Office Programs
• Glue Up management platform
• Other association-used software

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• Relocate to Norman, Oklahoma area
• Work in-person at the GCAA National Office 9 am-5 pm (CT) Mon-Fri
• Travel both domestically and internationally for GCAA and GCAA Co-Sponsored Events

Salary & Benefits:

• $45,000 annually
• Fixed amount paid twice monthly
• Full benefits following six-month probationary period
• Health insurance paid for by the GCAA
• Dental insurance paid for by the GCAA
• Vision insurance paid by the GCAA
• 20 days of paid vacation with 15 personal/sick days
• $100 monthly cell phone stipend
• Up to $2,000 in moving expenses reimbursement upon approval from CEO
