The Overtime Athletics Sports Program Coordinator is the operational manager for all our sports programming - summer camps & after school enrichment classes. This person will be responsible for maintaining, implementing, scheduling and servicing all Overtime Athletics’ Summer Camps, and supporting our Fall after school program planning/scheduling. Success in managing these programs includes recruiting, hiring, training, and managing a staff of counselors; creating & maintaining staff work schedules; handling all camp logistics, agendas, and equipment needs; responsible for all customer service to enhance relationships with parents and camp site partnerships; onsite administrator at ALL summer camps locations supported by camp counselor staff to deliver successful camp experiences to customers.
OTA CT provides summer sports camps in Darien, CT & New Canaan, CT. Camps are half day 9am-12pm, outside only rain or shine. Camps are for ages 5-12. Camps will have between 10-40 campers per week.
