Assistant Buyer / Operations Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Plan Arrange Schedule for Buying trips attending with owner
• Monitor the budget inventory levels to inform of replenishment needs.
• Manage Vendor Relationships / Communication
• Create PO’s from orders into the system and track delivery or non delivery
• Inventory Management
• Work with Retail Consultant on Budget
• Receiving new products, pricing and getting on to the floor
• Assist in Planning and execution of promotional events, sales, and markdowns.
• Maintain office / stock room with supplies and organization. Ensure everything is running smoothly and operational
• Prioritize daily tasks and responsibilities to meet the needs of the customer, team and business.
• Ensure customer experience is always the first priority
• Be knowledgeable on what's new and what's selling well and share with both the customer and team
• Be positive, on time, support company initiatives, mentor / inspire others, and be a part of the solution
• Assist with Ecomm...uploading new product
• In-store position
