Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandise Buyer at Graham Jewelers in Wayzata, MN. The Merchandise Buyer will be responsible for analyzing market trends, communicating with vendors, purchasing inventory, and managing sales and inventory. They will play a crucial role in ensuring that we offer a diverse and high-quality selection of jewelry to meet our customers' needs.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze market trends
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams
- Experience in purchasing and negotiating with vendors
- Knowledge of sales strategies and ability to drive sales
- Proficiency in inventory management and ensuring optimal stock levels
- Attention to detail and ability to spot trends and opportunities
- Knowledge of gemstones and jewelry is a plus
