Merchandiser jobs in Mississippi
Merchandiser merchandises products and implement merchandising plans in a retail environment. Works closely with store sales staff to improve the consumer buying experience by providing support for merchandising plans. Being a Merchandiser monitors inventories and sales and generates reports for product lines. Troubleshoots delivery or vendor issues and develop solutions to ensure product availability. Additionally, Merchandiser coordinates maintenance of pricing, markdowns, on-order, and merchandising guidelines and product knowledge information with sellers. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to manager. The Merchandiser occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Position Summary
Southeastern Food Merchandisers is now hiring Class A CDL Shuttle Drivers. We operate on committed route schedules that allow you to be home daily; there is no over-the-road work. Our schedules enable you to depart and return to the same terminal daily. Our fleet is 100% leased and maintained by Penske, and all units are equipped with automatic transmissions.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:- Drivers are responsible for shuttling empty and loaded trailers from the domicile location to Pelham, AL.
- Perform all required safety checks (i.e., pre/post trip), including tractor/truck and trailer inspections according to DOT regulations.
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety guidelines.
- Immediately report all safety hazards to the Transportation Supervisor.
- Full medical coverage through BCBS of Alabama on Day 1
