Our Authentication Centers (warehouses) are where the magic happens! Our facilities are located in New Jersey and Arizona, where we've created The Art & Science of Real — combining the knowledge of hundreds of luxury experts with cutting-edge, proprietary technology. As consigned goods travel into our facilities, the team processes, authenticates, and photographs each item in preparation for listing to our website. As a Merchandising Operations Coordinator, you will oversee all merchandise inquiries and all inventory within cross functional departments. What You Get To Do Everyday- Oversee CS/CR and merchandising inquire
- Prioritize and answer inquiries in a timely fashion meeting all SLAs
- Assign authentication inquiries to the proper point of contact
- Manage and organize authentication Zendesk inbox
- Track post corrections found from inquiries
- Ensure both queues meet expected SLA
- Track and update internal exceptions
- Support inventory management for inbound operation
- Assist department in maintaining FIFO/SLA
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve exception and operational issues that affect operations
- Surface risks and opportunities to operation processes
- Support strategic initiative projects
Minimum Requirements:- Proven ability to excel in a high-volume, repetitive, quota-driven environment
- Self-motivation and a drive to achieve results
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
- Adaptability and openness to change
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds (moving and sorting product, etc.)
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours at a time
- Ability to read and write in English
- 1 year of experience working in a warehouse production environment
- Proficiency with Mac OS and Google Suite
