Role And Responsibilities
This position works as a support analyst on the sales team. This role requires an individual who is professional and exhibits the determination and self-motivation to work independently on new projects to help drive growth. The primary goal will be to support the Northeast New Business Sales Team. Ideally the candidate would be a team player with a great attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Help with business development by qualifying web leads
- Assist in the set-up of New Business Exhibits in the Online Quoting Tool
- Find opportunities for automation within the sales team processes
- Maintain the online quoting tool plan database
- Internal support and back up for the Senior Sales Consultant team.
- Print production support for new business opportunities
- Present a positive image of the Difference Card in the marketplace.
- Other relevant duties as assigned.
Position Metrics
- Activity: Setting up financial exhibits daily for senior consultants and coordinating lead activity in the sales inbox
- Quality: Maintaining high accuracy rates on financial exhibits, while increasing RFP volumes and lead conversion rates
- Production: Successfully driving process improvement to increase sales growth
Education And Licensure Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or experience otherwise equivalent to a bachelor’s degree.
Skills And Experience
- Sales support experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work successfully with internal facing teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Salesforce.
- Ability to problem solve complex financial scenarios.
Preferred candidate to be within 100 miles of Armonk, NY
Compensation
Job Type: Full-Time (exempt),
Travel Required: Yes, up to 20%
