The Land Acquisitions Analyst will assist with multi-million dollar development deals by conducting all due diligence pre and post-contract for targeted properties and lots area. This position will meet with state, county and city officials and engineers to gather all governmental regulations to ensure compliance. This position will maintain all due diligence materials and underwrite all acquisitions the LGI way.
A Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of relevant experience is highly preferred for this role.
