Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Leader to join our team. The Director of Mental Health Services shall have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least five years’ experience in the provision of mental health services; an MHRT-C, LSW, or higher credential; and have at least five years supervisory and leadership experience.
The Director shall be a member of the OHI Leadership Team and report to the President & CEO of OHI.
The Director shall ensure services meet licensing, fire safety and life safety codes as well as meet contract requirements. The Director shall ensure employees on the Team have and maintain the necessary qualifications for the job and follow OHI policies and procedures. The Director is responsible for the fiscal oversight and shall provide on-call services for the Team.
