Job Details:
Position is a fast paced industrial environment.
Position involves loading and unloading product from containers in preparation for processing or return.
Process orders according to schedule.
Maximize loads.
Perform setup to reduce warping & distortion as required.
Operate equipment in a safe manner.
Keep work area clean.
Handle customer parts with care.
Notify maintenance of any equipment problems.
Suggest / share more efficient ways of performing tasks.
Assist with loading & unloading of trucks.
Communicate with all shifts.
Set up loads for following shift.
Place suspect material in reject area for disposition by QAR.
Rack or build loads per process instructions
Inspect and test materials to customer specifications and Braddock sampling plan
Follow procedures for order documentation
Prepare completed product for shipping before end of shift
Follow supervisors instructions
Train others on equipment and procedures
Monitors furnace controls and atmospheres
Perform routine maintenance on equipment
Must be able to pass a drug screening.
