- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for MES Capture, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for MES Capture, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Document requirements, specifications, and processes to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure clarity.
- Make changes as required to Quickbase applications.
- Provide development support on defects and releases for the Capture app.
- Support the Implementation of new releases of Capture to meet business needs
- Produce and maintain timeline for implementations and application releases
- Monitor progress of software release and IT initiatives for effective project control
- Track and provide status reporting
- Coordinate and communicate with functional users the testing and validation of system changes
- Assist with the design, coding and development of unit test plans and scripts, as needed.
- Direct participation in testing
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or the equivalent experience
- 2 years’ experience using and developing Quickbase
- Database knowledge, relational i.e., parent-child, 1:M, etc.
- Aptitude to understand and build in-depth knowledge of how applications work, and the business process flows supported by the application, including all roles identified within the application (e.g. foreman, general foreman, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- IT Help Desk support experience
- MasTec business knowledge or Construction Industry Experience
- An understanding of SOX Requirements
- Five years IT support for construction company or equivalent, preferred
