Middle Market Lending Specialist supports middle market lending activities with administrative, analytical, and client support activities. Collects and reviews middle market loan development information and prepares required analysis and documentation. Being a Middle Market Lending Specialist establishes good client relationships and potential for future referrals or cross-sell opportunities by responding to requests for information, answering questions about products, and coordinating other service resources. Performs loan portfolio tracking and generates reports to measure compliance with lending terms and policies. Additionally, Middle Market Lending Specialist keeps abreast of lending products, services, and policies. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Middle Market Lending Specialist occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Primary Functions: Process titles, UCC filing and other security instruments to perfect the credit union's lien.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Not Applicable
Experience/Skills: Six months general office experience which includes direct customer contact. Must be self-motivated, resourceful, and possess excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency at typing, at least 45 wpm, and a knowledge of personal computers required.
Tenure: Consumer Lending Title Specialist II or III, Category 13 or 12, requires meeting proven acceptable performance standards as established by management. Directly related work experience and/or accelerated training completion may be substituted for tenure.
Salary Pay Range:
Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and local or state wage requirements, if applicable and will fall within the range provided above.
In accordance with our Salary Administration policy, new hire base salaries generally fall within the minimum to midpoint of the listed range.
