The Military Division (Massachusetts National Guard) is seeking a professional for the role of Highway Maintenance Forman IV at Barnes Air National Guard Base, Westfield Massachusetts.
You will be responsible for on base landscaping and grounds maintenance services as well as airfield snow removal related work.
You will serve as the shop supervisor where you will support and lead a group of maintenance equipment operators.
The ideal candidate will have experience with operating heavy equipment such as trucks, tractors, riding mowers, front end loaders, compactors, snow removal equipment, chippers, and other pieces of mobile equipment for road and grounds maintenance.
Essential Job Duties (these duties are a general summary and not all-inclusive)
Operates pesticide dispersal equipment to obtain correct discharge rate.
