Mine Foreman supervises a staff who prepares, inspects, and works in mining projects such as underground or surface mining. ```Duties```
Must have Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) experience 1 years
- Conduct intake/assessments/IRP development and face to face screenings with client.
- Provide on-going training and support to Rehabilitation Counselors related to development and implementation of individual and group interventions that are tailored to the specific needs of the clients.
- Meet with the Program Director weekly to present updates, discuss staff concerns, program concerns, and regulatory concerns.
- Maintain regular group and individual supervision with with all direct care staff that include relevant discussions and updates regarding both administrative and clinical issues.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment goals
- Enforce and comply with electronic documentation entry and approval timelines set forth by the agency.
- Provide orientation, supervision, and training to Rehabilitation Counselors.
```Qualifications```
- Clinical Supervisory Experience
- Demonstrate clinical knowledge of adults with co-occurring disorders and complex behavioral health issues.
- Must be able to show tact and diplomacy when dealing with clients, peers and staff.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
