· We are looking for an MDS coordinator for this skilled nursing home that serves both and active sub-acute and LTC population. This position would report to the MDS manager. This position requires experience in clinical reimbursement as it relates to MDS completion, accuracy and transmission. Good knowledge of the MDS, RAI process and an understanding of Medicare regulations with regards to PDPM, OBRA, Quality Measures CAA’s and Care Plans. as well as knowledge around the Florida QIP add-ons
Must be a licensed RN in the State of Florida.
