Job Summary- Provides continuous patient monitoring at a central telemetry monitoring station, recognizing all life-threatening arrhythmias and abnormal vital signs and reporting these to the nurses in an accurate and timely manner.
- Assist with admitting and discharging patients from the telemetry monitoring system and sending reports to the electronic medical record.
- You must be able to handle critical and highly stressful situations with efficiency and composure.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Qualifications- Must be able to read and write English.
- Must pass ECG test with 80% pass rate within 6 weeks of hire.
