We are looking for compassionate Home Care Aides to join our team in Whatcom and Skagit Counties. Our family owned company provides in-home care to seniors who require assistance staying in their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules and guidelines
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including using proper lifting techniques
- Implement behavior management strategies for clients with autism or other behavioral challenges
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Document client care activities and report any changes in condition to the supervisor

Requirements:
- Must have HCA Certification

- Have a valid drivers license and a reliable car to transport clients
