The team member will have their home office located in either Chambersburg, PA or Camp Hill, PA with flexibility to work from home on a hybrid schedule. ABOUT THE ROLE
This Closer will have a variety of responsibilities that they work through on an on-going basis. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that mortgage loan documentation complies with state and federal banking regulations. Pre/post close mortgage loan files with a high degree of accuracy while adhering to bank policy and procedure. At the end of the day, you're fulfilled knowing that you were a key piece in fulfilling dreams of homeownership. Whether you're helping first-time homebuyers, your neighbors, a family on your child's sports team, or another family in your community, you are pivotal in helping them through the, or one of the, biggest purchases in their life.
