Job Summary:
The reporting analyst position is responsible for the daily and monthly department reporting for the Customer Relations Team. This position assists with the development/update and review of staff procedure, help develop efficiencies, completes daily and monthly reporting and helps ensure compliance with all regulatory and investor guidelines. Assists in online testing with Servicing Digital. This position participates in department projects when applicable.
