Job DescriptionAccountabilities:Move loans from submission to clear to close in a fast and efficient mannerThink outside the box and provide solutions to complicated U/W conditions and scenariosWork with Appraisal Manager and place appraisal ordersAnalyze loan approvals & coordinate with LOs to obtain conditionsCollect documentation needed for loan approvalsAnalyze and accurately calculate borrower incomeWork with your sales team and meet closing deadlinesComprehensive understanding of guidelines on all loan typesMeet turn time requirements for certain tasks Why is this role for you?
