Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hammond, LA for a Loan Officer at CTH Mortgage. As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for tasks such as underwriting, loan origination, and providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with clients to assess their financial situations, evaluate loan options, and guide them through the mortgage process. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills are key for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Loan Officers, Finance, and Underwriting skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Loan origination and mortgage processing experience
- Knowledge of loan regulations and industry practices
- Ability to analyze financial information and assess creditworthiness
- Familiarity with mortgage software and systems
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred)
