ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Loan Officer as needed with daily duties (minus any licensed activity)
• Assist in collecting missing documentation for completion of loan file from various sources..
• Work with the Processor to collect documentation to clear conditions.
• Update the Loan Officer on status changes, copying Loan Officer on correspondence and requests for documentation.
• Manage a pipeline to ensure all needs are met for the LO, borrower, and company
• Manage client and referral partner databases.
• Perform basic office functions including phone calls, scheduling meetings, and detailed organization.
• Able to comply with the policies and procedures outlined in the Company Handbook
• Perform other necessary duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with at least 2 years of experience in mortgage lending.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, strong detail orientation and highly organized.
• Works with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness.
• Passionate about delivering excellence in customer service.
• Demonstrated patience and professionalism when interacting with both internal and external customers.
• Proficiency with data entry, PDF software programs, Microsoft Word, and Excel required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic math skills.
• Ethical, with a commitment to company values.
