Mortgage Operations Manager oversees all mortgage lending operations, including verifying property appraisals, marketing loan products, and loan processing. Manages resources to ensure quality mortgage loan service and efficient delivery of products and services to clients. Being a Mortgage Operations Manager monitors the productivity and budgetary performance of the operations department and develops new procedures to improve processes. Acts as a resource for knowledge on mortgage lending operations and trains and educates personnel on new or changing regulations or procedures. Additionally, Mortgage Operations Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Mortgage Operations Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Mortgage Operations Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Key Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

    · Continually seek opportunities to increase production, enhance the CCM brand, and bolster the company's reputation in the local market.

    · Lead, manage, and train Branch Managers and loan officers, providing essential support to employees within the region.

    · Monitor branch productivity and performance, reporting to the executive team as required.

    · Recruit new loan officers, participate in branch manager calls, and engage in sales and marketing training.

    · Explore innovative marketing and prospecting methods to reach potential clients and referral partners.

    · Ensure origination activities comply with federal and state laws, maintaining zero tolerance for fraud and upholding CCM standards within the region.

    Competencies:

    · Strong Leadership Capabilities

    · Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations

    · Excellent customer/interpersonal service skills and communication skills, both verbal and written

    · Ability to work in a time-sensitive work environment to ensure strict time restrictions are met

    Education:

    · High School Diploma or GED

    Experience:

    · Minimum of 5 years in the Retail Mortgage Industry
