This position is responsible to review all screen print graphics for branding compliant and production accurate graphics, ensures all instructions were followed by the Graphic Artist and confirms the artwork, separation files, naming conventions, spelling, as well as logos / verbiage are accurately depicted.
This position is responsible for all art to be correctly loaded to the Kerp 's License and Print Art database for the factory use and are responsible to work in a timely manner, with the ability to multitask and quickly change priorities as needed.
This position is 100% remote with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 8A - 5P CST.
Responsibilities :
Uses dictionary, maps and online licensing information located on the Macintosh server. Confirms all special information regarding teams and locations such as established dates, team rosters, playoff schedules, school locations, etc.
Manages orders in the order tracker, by priority by factory.Works with scheduling and management to confirm correct order of proofing to meet the art complete date to meet production deadlines and turn rush orders quickly.
Follow-ups on Licensing rejections and artist edits.Understands server layout and process for art record creation in Kerp 's database to house each art file.
Understands screen print separation process and underlay theory.Processes all types of orders including Russell, Champion, Knights Apparel, Graphic Design Line Samples, rush orders, and contingency orders.
Maintains position goals of an average of 60-70 designs per day and departmental monthly goals after training period.
Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED (required)Knowledge and navigation of basic PC programsFamiliar with Apple Products & Mac Operating Systems (preferred)Relevant work or educational experience in Graphic Design / Digital Art field (a plus)
