Role Description
Our Redding branch is currently looking for a qualfied candidate for underwriting. Redding specializes in FHA, DPA, CONV, and some non qm so having a DE and 5 years of extensive experience is required.
Qualifications
- Mortgage Underwriting experience 5 years
- DE designation
- Ability to underwrite complicated cases.
- Loan Officer friendly while also making sound decitions for the company.
- Must have 6 STRONG references.
- Works well with others.
