Position Overview:
The Underwriting Production Coordinator will assist the underwriting team by processing home inspections, policy changes, and other documents as needed. The Underwriting Production Coordinator will also manage inspection requirements/compliance reviews as assigned.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and quality technical support in a high-volume environment.
- Review and determine compliance in accordance with inspection requirements, and process non-renewals and cancellations.
- Analyze information to make decisions and solve problems while supporting the underwriting team.
- Efficiently navigate multiple systems and applications to research, analyze and resolve home inspection processes.
- Maintain established levels of productivity, service, and quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members, and business partners.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma/GED, or relevant experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Prior administrative experience, preferred.
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills
