Job Title: Motion Graphics Designer for Creative Services
Location: Hartford Office (Remote 2 day/in office 3 days)
Working 40 hours, 5 days a week.

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Strong foundation in design principles like color theory, typography, and layout
• Take an initial concept to the next level with motion graphics and animations, including 2D and

3D animations

• History of telling compelling stories through unique creative assets and visual interactions
• Image searching, retouching, and manipulation
• Design according to Travelers specific brand guidelines
• Develop concepts and designs while keeping in mind the strategic business goals of the project

as well accessibility compliance

• Organize and maintain files, including following best practices for version control, naming conventions,

and organization of graphic files

• Work in close collaboration with stakeholders, designers, marketing managers and throughout all

phases of project development.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; able to follow direction
• Ability to work on multiple projects and brands simultaneously
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Accuracy/attention to detail
• Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines
• Passion for design
• Self-starter capable of delivering creative ideas
• A.A., B.F.A., or equivalent experience preferred
• Proficient in Creative Cloud (i.e. After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premier Pro)
• Would like someone with 4-6 years of experience in motion, social media and editing video
• An exceptional on-line portfolio or demo real showcasing innovative design solutions.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Experience:

• editing video: 3 years (Preferred)
• social media: 3 years (Preferred)
• Typography: 3 years (Preferred)
• Motion graphics: 3 years (Required)
