Motorcycle Apparel Associate

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Motorcycle Apparel Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Motorcycle Apparel Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers in finding the perfect gear for their riding experience. This position requires a deep understanding of motorcycle apparel, including helmets, jackets, gloves, and other riding accessories.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers in selecting motorcycle apparel, providing expert advice on fit, style, and safety features.

2. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, technologies, and safety standards in motorcycle apparel to offer informed recommendations.

3. Ensure the showroom is well-maintained and visually appealing, with organized displays and updated product information.

4. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.

5. Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive shopping experience for customers.

6. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.

7. Perform inventory management tasks, including restocking, merchandise displays, and regular stock checks.

8. Provide insights and feedback to management regarding customer preferences, popular products, and market trends.

9. Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

10. Uphold store policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and team members.

**Qualifications:**

1. Previous retail experience, preferably in motorcycle apparel or related industries.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.

3. Strong knowledge of motorcycle gear and accessories, including brands, sizes, and safety features.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs.

5. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

6. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and a team player.
