Network Control Technician jobs in Colorado

Network Control Technician monitors performance and performs maintenance processes to ensure network systems operate at required levels of speed and reliability. Identifies and troubleshoots network issues and follows procedures to resolve problems. Being a Network Control Technician documents network issues and configuration changes as soon as they occur. May perform upgrades, preventative maintenance, or equipment installation. Additionally, Network Control Technician follows standard operating procedures to notify users of outages or changes to network status. May require an associate degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Network Control Technician work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.     Benefits

    • Wage comparable to $22 - $27 / hour (base pay servicing commissions sales commissions monthly bonuses)
    • Paid training at $18 / hour

    Once your training is completed, you will receive a company vehicle that you can take home along with a fuel card to use while running a route. You will also receive either a company cell phone or bi-monthly reimbursement.

    What To Expect

    You will be treating approximately 12 to 14 homes per day. Routes will be created for you daily and will consist of the same customers for all their services so that you can build relationships with your customers.

    You will conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to find any points of entry for insects and rodents while identifying any pest infestations and coming up with appropriate treatment plans. You will communicate clearly with customers about any findings you have and share treatment plans, preventative measures to take, and any additional services we offer to help keep our customers pest-free.

    You will occasionally be required to go to our warehouse located in Berthoud, CO for meetings, training, restocking of supplies, etc.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • 6 months of sales experience
    • 6 months of customer service experience
    • Excellent verbal communications skills
    • Excellent time management skills

    If you have previous experience in pest control, HVAC, solar, internet, cable, running an independent route, face-to-face customer service, or other types of in-home technician experience, we strongly encourage you to apply.

    Requirements

    • You must be 18 or over.
    • You must have a current valid driver's license.
    • You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
    • You must be clean-shaven for safety purposes (may occasionally wear a respirator).
    • You must be comfortable going into crawl spaces and attics.
