Network Operations Manager manages the daily operations of the organization's network infrastructure, including hardware, software, security, and services, to ensure it meets the organization's performance objectives.     This position is responsible for oversight of the day-to-day operational needs of the Acute Care Campus.

    Duties And Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and manage shifts for healthcare professionals including psychiatrists, nurses, therapists, crisis evaluators, phone intake counselors, case managers, behavioral health technicians, administrative staff, and kitchen staff to ensure appropriate coverage across all departments and units.
    • Develop and facilitate a 24/7 staffing call off plan, including taking paid per diem on-call as needed in order to handle unexpected staffing emergencies such as call-outs or last-minute shift changes, and quickly find suitable replacements to maintain optimal staffing levels, including providing on call support after hours.
    • Participate in onboarding process to assist in coordination and collaboration of ongoing staff scheduling needs.
    • Maintain clear and effective communication with all staff members regarding their schedules, shift assignments, and any changes or updates to the schedule.
    • Coordinate and manage the ordering of campus supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels, timely delivery, and adherence to budgetary constraints.
    • Manage office supply inventory, monitor usage patterns, and place orders as necessary to support the smooth functioning of operations.
    • Conduct thorough walk-throughs of the facility on a quarterly basis to assess maintenance needs, safety concerns, and overall cleanliness standards.
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive process to track environmental checks, maintenance schedules, and compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Along with Director of Business Operations and Safety, partner with TSI security personnel to implement and maintain security protocols, conduct regular assessments, and address any security-related incidents or concerns.
    • Oversee the process of administrative staff submitting and coordinating facilities-related requests, liaising with external vendors and internal stakeholders as needed.
    • Supervise administrative support staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective administrative operations.
    • Help develop office policies and procedures.
    • Attend and participate in all required departmental meetings, assigned committee meetings, organizational leadership and other community meetings as delegated.
    • Follow all AllHealth Network policies and procedures.
    • Complete all required trainings as listed in Relias Learning (both online training and face-to-face training) within required timelines.
    • Remain flexible and adaptive to emerging needs and priorities, taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as identified by senior management.

    Education

    Key Technical Skills and Knowledge:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent combination of experience and education)

    Experience

    • Minimum 3 years of relevant healthcare/business operations experience with at least one year management experience.

    Skills/Knowledge

    • Must demonstrate competence in project management.
    • Knowledge of and experience with medical or behavioral health practice operations and billing management preferred.
    • Experience with psychiatric healthcare environmental safety practices.
    • Advanced written and oral communication, decision making and problem solving skills, efficient time management with multi-tasking ability.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team; collaborating with other internal and external teams.
    • Ability to build, engage and motivate teams; understanding and utilizing team approach to care delivery.

    Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 annually

    The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks’ total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives as well as a generous benefits package detailed below.
