The Role
Amphenol Aerospace Operations is seeking a Network Analyst to work out of its state-of-the-art facility in Mesa, AZ.
The key responsibilities of this Network Analyst include, but are not limited to:- Assist with the design and installation of computer networks, connections, and cabling
- Install and maintain network hardware and software
- Test and configure software and maintain and repair hardware and peripheral devices
- Assist with analysis of network performance for ways to improve
- Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance with minimal user interruption
- Assist with the back-up systems associated with business critical or production systems
- Assist with recovery services as outlined within the disaster recovery plan
- Primary support for printers and multi-purpose devices
- Provide primary support with CNC / DNC controllers as they integrate with embedded systems
- Member of the department on-call team

The key skills and qualities of a Network Analyst with Amphenol Aerospace Operations:- Demonstrated knowledge of computer networks, active directory
- Excellent oral and written communication skills enabling effective communication with all levels of management
- Proven experience as a network technician or analyst
- Familiarity with AS400, supporting CNC / DNC machinery software
- Demonstrated knowledge of system management, enterprise backup, media rotation, and storage
- Outstanding diagnostic, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols and network technologies
- Hands on experience with software and hardware implementation
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time along with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Degree in Information Systems and 3 years of technical systems experience or 5 7 years of experience in a technical support role
