Description
Community Associates, a developmental services program of the Counsel Service of Addison County, is seeking a seasoned manager and leader to join its management team.
This position is responsible for oversight for all phases of planning and delivery of services, implementing quality assurance, and providing administrative and clinical supervision and support to case managers.
As an integral member of the program leadership, this position actively participates in the daily management of the program, and contributes to improving services delivery, risk management, meeting compliance requirements and ensuring quality documentation.
It also offers support and guidance to all staff and clients, and responds to the needs of case managers addressing crisis situations.
Understanding and familiarity with the developmental services systems and regulations is desirable. QDDP qualification needed.
Salaried at $70,500 with comprehensive benefits.
