Additionally, Network Service Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Network Service Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Job Duties:
- Supervision of all Plumbing activities.
- Hiring, Training and Leadership of Plumbing Team Members.
- A Champion of leading a dynamic Sales Culture with a Growth Mindset.
- Conducts individual and departmental Performance Reviews.
- Ability to hold others accountable to company policies and procedures.
- Handles all Customer related Requests, Concerns, etc.
- Able to Create, Establish and Maintain a Safe Work Environment
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6 years of Plumbing Management Experience in skilled trades or similar industry.
- Residential Plumbing Experience Preferred.
- Exceptional sales and business acumen.
- Demonstrate a great attitude and the ability to communicate effectively to a multitude of individuals consistently.
- The ability to hold yourself and your team accountable to achieve company goals.
- A forward thinker with the ability to embrace growth and change.
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of computer systems and software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
