Sunnova Energy is searching for Project Manager, New Products to be responsible for enhancing the organization’s ability to meet objectives through the implementation of new products and services for Sunnova’s service and maintenance departments.
Project Manager, New Products Responsibilities
• Manages the roll-out and integration of products and services within the service
and maintenance function
• Collaborates with IT, customer care, billing, business development, sales, and
other departments as needed to identify tasks and deliverables to implement new
products and services for service and maintenance departments
• Establishes project schedules and track schedules to meet critical milestones
• Communicates resource status to leadership team and jointly develop
contingency plans; Ensures timely closeout of projects, including all required documentation
• Manages risks by identifying project risks and opportunities, monitoring closure of all identified risks and opportunities as well as maintaining the risk management focus throughout the project duration
• Results-oriented and pro-active; Ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or another related field
• 2 years’ experience in Operations Management or Project Management
Preferred Qualifications
• Master’s degree
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Experience in Excel, Tableau, VBA, and SQL
