Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring guest satisfaction, and performing essential accounting tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct the night audit process to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries or reservations
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Resolve guest issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Perform security checks throughout the property
- Complete end-of-day activities and generate reports for management

Experience:

- Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel software
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and accounting principles
- Bilingual skills are a plus for effective communication with diverse guests
- Background in hospitality or hospitality management is advantageous
