Nuclear Laboratory Technologist Supervisor supervises personnel engaged in diagnostic laboratory testing. Performs assigned phases of nuclear research under the guidance of Director of Nuclear Medicine. Being a Nuclear Laboratory Technologist Supervisor assists medical students with hands-on instruction and equipment training. Monitors inventory of radioisotopes. Additionally, Nuclear Laboratory Technologist Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Requires certification by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board or registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Nuclear Medicine. The Nuclear Laboratory Technologist Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Nuclear Laboratory Technologist Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.   • The Atomic Heroes Alliance Supervisor is a growth and customer service-oriented role focused on building relationships with former atomic workers as they walk through the process of obtaining their EEOICPA benefits. This role manages the AHA Coordinators by managing KPI's, Department performance and productivity, training, implementing strategies, goal setting, and problem solving. This role will work closely with marketing, sales, and clinical teams to ensure the Coordinators successfully help former workers understand their benefits and get connected with needed resources. This is a non-exempt position. The Atomic Heroes Alliance National Program Supervisor supports and creates positive environments through a personal commitment to the Company's vision and values.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Oversees the management and training of a group of Atomic Heroes Alliance Coordinators to obtain essential support to former atomic workers.
    • Responsible for reporting work progress of Coordinators to the Manager.
    • Builds rapport with teams, patient and families through essential and excellent communication during process.
    • Remains detailed orientated in all work with close attention to deadlines.
    • Creates and maintains relationships with claimants and community partners.
    • Plan and execute events ranging from breakfasts to appointments campaigns to volunteering in the community.
    • Track filing progress in assigned territories, monitoring progress and follow up.
    • Work with marketing communications to plan and execute postcard campaigns and other marketing tactics to drive
    lead generation.
    • Support the local sales team to ensure that pipeline goals are met.
    • Work with assigned Authorized Representatives to ensure claim is being filed - follow up throughout the filing
    process on milestones.
    • Develop relationships with Authorized Representatives and refer former workers to Authorized Representatives to
    file.
    • Help find and develop new Authorized Representatives to manage influx of claimants.
    • Track the number of leads that will be getting their EEOICPA benefit card within the next 90 days.
    • Consequential illnesses - work with clinical teams to determine what illnesses can be added to current patients, and
    work with Authorized Representatives to get them filed
    • Database management

    QUALIFICATIONS:


    • Bachelors Degree preferred, or 10 years of relevant work experience.
    • A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
    • Ability to meet quarterly goals.
    • Ability to exercise initiative, work independently, multi-task, prioritize and function in a team environment.
    • Must possess a professional, courteous, and customer-oriented demeanor. Must be discrete, trustworthy, and possess
    a high level of integrity.
    • Complete and pass required training
