Orders, interprets, and records results of clinical tests and reports results to physicians. Being a Nurse Practitioner - Cardiac prescribes medications and makes recommendations for other therapeutic forms of treatment. Makes patient rounds. Additionally, Nurse Practitioner - Cardiac requires a master's degree. Requires Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP). Requires Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Established Multispecialty Practice with flexible hours looking to fill position for qualified Nurse Practitioner. Provider will work in SKILLED NURSING facilities with supervising cardiologist. Provider will need be an effective communicator with our close partners and team.
Just like any profession, provider must be interested in being a lifelong learner in nephrology and taking care of post acute and chronic cardiac patients.
