Being a Nurse Practitioner - Hospitalist prescribes medications and makes recommendations for other therapeutic forms of treatment. Makes patient rounds. Additionally, Nurse Practitioner - Hospitalist plans and coordinates rehabilitation, home health care, and follow-up services for patients with acute health issues. Requires a master's degree. Located at the base of the Cascades in a pioneering, adventure-loving town, Snoqualmie Valley Health serves the greater East King County communities including Snoqualmie, North Bend, Fall City, Carnation, Preston, and the surrounding region as far east as Snoqualmie Summit.
