Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our nurse practitioner owned healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide primary care to pediatric patients, offering expert medical care and guidance. A minimum of 2 years pediatric nurse practitioner experience is a must.

Duties:

- Conduct pediatric assessments, examinations, and consultations

- Diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses and injuries

- Administer vaccinations and medications following established protocols

- Educate patients and families on preventive healthcare measures

- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Experience:

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in medication administration for pediatric patients

- Knowledge of urgent care practices in a pediatric setting

- Understanding of pediatric physiology and developmental stages

- Ability to perform sutures when necessary

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Familiarity with ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems

- Background in pediatric medicine practices

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
