PPL Therapeutic Services is looking for compassionate mental health professionals. Offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus after six months if the criteria of 32 billable hours per week is met.
We are looking for Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners with the following attributes:
a. Perform psychiatric assessment/diagnostics, crisis stabilization, treatment planning, medication management and evidence-based interventions
b. Develop individualized medication / treatment goals and recommendations based on patient’s social, emotional, and psychological needs
c. Maintain weekly, or as needed, clinical contact with patients
d. Completion of documentation/progress notes, that are problem oriented, treatment as well as meds management care, after clinical contact within 24 hours in the EMR and notes delivered to the assigned representative at the facility
e. Maintain working relationship and open communication with nursing home staff and direct care team
