LifeSpring Health Systems is seeking a licensed family nurse practitioner to provide comprehensive medical care to women of all ages in a mobile health facility base in Jeffersonville, IN. This is a community based position in a mobile health unit. The successful candidate will have experience developing relationships with other health systems, social services and community partners, and will be comfortable practicing independently. This position will focus on promoting safe, reliable contraceptive options; encouraging STD and infectious disease testing and treatment; and placement of Long Acting Contraceptive Options. The preferred candidate will have at least two years of experience as a nurse practitioner providing primary care and be licensed or license-eligible in the State of Indiana.
