This hospital specifically has 240 patient beds, as well as a highly recognized Level III Trauma Center providing healthcare for the Four Corners region of New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, and Utah. 

As a Nurse Recruiter with the hospital, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified nursing professionals to join a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process. This role requires a combination of recruitment expertise, interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.

Applicants should have previous experience doing the following things in order to be qualified for this position:

• Partner closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including interview training and candidate selection.
• Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance the recruitment process and promote the hospital as an employer of choice.
