Being a Nursery/Greenhouse Manager may require an associate's degree or its equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in horticulture. Generally manages a group of tradesman. - Identifying and contacting prospective Guests to promote sales
- Supporting local and national marketing initiatives, ensuring restaurant is ready on every level for the beginning of a new marketing window
- Planning special events and promotions

PREREQUISITESEducation: High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferredExperience: A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSMust be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential.Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday.
